PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY BY SMART PAINT MANUFACTURING SDN BHD, A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY ("PROPOSED ACQUISITION")

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 7 October 2024 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition (“Announcement”).

Unless stated otherwise all words and expressions defined in the Announcement shall have the same meaning when used herein.

The Board wishes to announce that all the terms and conditions as stipulated in the SPA have been met. Accordingly, this marks the completion of the SPA dated 7 October 2024.
