The Board of Directors of SAC wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek the shareholders' approval for the Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate at the forthcoming Third Annual General Meeting.
A circular to shareholders containing the details of the Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate together with the Company's Annual Report 2024 will be announced to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and published on the Company's website in due course.
